This is a communication for all the families who are participating in Friday's AYL Rockies Night.

Attached you will find very important information regarding your pregame parade on Friday, May 9^th. Please note all tickets for Friday's game have been distributed to the head coaches of your team.

• AYL’s designated staging area for each club is below. Please see the attached map for reference.
• Raptors: 1A – 1B
• Creek: 1A – 1B
• Spartans: 1B – 1C
• Wranglers: 1B – 1C
• Warriors: 2A – 2C
• Thunder: 2A – 2B
• Hawks: 2C – 3E

• Please see the map attached for parade drop-off and pick-up locations.
• If you do not have a lot of teammates going to the game, please come find me and your player is welcome to walk with myself and my team. I will be easy to find in the oversize Raptors hat.
• Players should wear their game hat and either their Green or Pink Mother's Day Jersey for the parade. Any player not in a jersey will not be allowed to walk in the parade.
• Please plan to arrive 1.5-2 hours prior to first pitch!

We are thrilled to share the results of our recent butterbraid fundraising efforts. Thanks to your incredible participation, we sold over 880 butterbraid items! This has resulted in $4500+ being credited back to the participating families, directly reducing player fees. Remember, this initiative was designed to benefit our players and families, helping you save on expenses.
